Brian Episcopo
Senior Pastor
Pastor Brian Episcopo is the Senior Pastor of Alliance Church, where he has spent years helping people deepen their faith and live boldly for Christ, communicating biblical truth with authenticity and clarity.
Before entering vocational ministry, Brian built his professional foundation in the manufacturing industry, serving in leadership roles focused on marketing and strategic development. In 2011, he joined the Alliance Church staff as Student Ministries Pastor, and later served as Executive Pastor, playing a key role in launching additional Alliance locations in Hortonville and Neenah. He holds a Master of Divinity from Wesley Seminary and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Originally from New Jersey, Brian relocated to the Fox Cities in 1997 when his father, Dr. Dennis Episcopo, became Senior Pastor of Alliance Church. Brian is married to Hannah, a licensed marriage and family therapist with specialized training in peacemaking ministry and a heart for encouraging new mothers and wives. Together, they are raising their two young children, Adalynn and Elias.
